Ir. Syafrizal, S.T, M.T., IPM. with Wisma Bharuna as the Main Director of PT. Gunbuster Nickel Industry performs Handover of the JEOL JCM-7000 NeoScope™ Scanning-Electron-Microscope. This event was also attended by Mr. Anggika Duta Pradana as the General Manager of PT. GNI, Dr. Zulfakriza, S.Si., M.T. as FTTM-ITB Research and Innovation Coordinator, Taufiq Hidayat, ST., M.Phil., Ph.D. as Chair of the Metallurgical Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, Dr.-Ing. Zulfiadi Zulhan, ST., MT. as the Head of the Pyrometallurgical Laboratory, Ir. Bambang Anggoro Wahyono, MM. and Dr. Ir. Rizal C. Astrawinata, M.Sc. as the Advisory Board of the Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering Study Program, PT GNI Staff, and Teaching Staff of the Metallurgical Engineering Study Program.

The collaboration between FTTM and PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry includes training and research collaboration in the field of pyrometallurgy and the provision of tools from PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry for research needs at FTTM ITB.

The industry and educational institutions are an inseparable unit so that cooperation needs to be established properly and it is hoped that the tools provided can be used for student research activities and other researches which are expected to encourage the progress of the mineral and metal industry in Indonesia.

After symbolically handing over the equipment from PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry to FTTM ITB, the event continued with a workshop with the theme Get Job Faster: A Guide After Your Graduation by Teddy Diego (Career Coach & Recruitment Specialist) as the presenter. The workshop program aims to provide more knowledge for students so they can work more quickly after graduating from the University, apart from listening to workshop materials there are also CV review activities and interview exercises for students at the end of the event.
