Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering (FTTM) Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Association of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers (IATMI). The MoA was signed by the Dean of FTTM ITB Prof. Ir. Ridho Kresna Wattimena, M.T., Ph.D., IPU and Chairman of IATMI John Hisar Simamora, S.T., M.AB, M.T. which was held online on Wednesday night (07/07/2021).

The collaboration between FTTM and IATMI includes educational activities in order to improve the quality and competence of human resources, research activities in order to develop science and technology, especially in the energy sector in accordance with the interests of FTTM and IATMI as well as service activities to the oil and gas industry to increase link and match between industry and companies.

IATMI is an association or collection of professionals in the Indonesian oil and gas sector, both at home and abroad with a total number of professionals around 10,000 members spread across 14 countries consisting of 21 commissioners.
