Short Description
Lab. Characterization and Modeling of Rock Physical Properties (LKPSFB) so far is still in the consolidation stage in utilizing the facilities including the existing space. LKPSFB is still used mainly for research activities including for undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students. The main facilities currently being managed are equipment for magnetic characterization of rocks consisting of the MS2 Bartington magnetic susceptibility system, Molspin minispin magnetometer and Molspin AF demagnetizer. All equipment is in operational condition except for the Molspin minispinmagnetometer which is in the process of being repaired.
